Jobcard Terms of Service
Effective date: October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business subscribing to Jobcard, the "Shop") and Jobcard by IAIG (Inevitable AI Group) ("Inevitable AI Group", "IAIG", "we", "us"), an Israeli company. By creating an account or using Jobcard (jobcard.tech), you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
1. The service
Jobcard is field-service software for trade shops: scheduling, jobs, quotes, invoices, integrations and AI assistant features. Jobcard is for business use only.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep it current.
- You may add unlimited users. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping logins secure.
- Tell us promptly at legal@jobcard.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription, billing and cancellation
- Price: $249 per month, flat, with unlimited users, plus applicable taxes.
- Billing: subscription billing for Jobcard's plan is handled by a third-party payment provider, which will be named here before billing begins. Refunds and cancellations are described in the Refund Policy.
- Card: the card form in the product sends your billing name, email and a card token to Square. We store the card brand and the last four digits. We do not store the card number.
- Renewal: charged monthly in advance. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. A 14-day trial without a card. When the 14 days end, the monthly plan begins at $249 a month, unless you cancel before then.
- Cancel anytime by emailing legal@jobcard.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months, unless the law requires one. Where the law requires a refund, the payment provider pays it.
- Price changes: we will give at least 30 days' notice. They apply from your next billing period.
- Non-payment: we may suspend the account after notice if payment fails.
- Data export: after cancellation or termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After that we may delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Customer payments
Your customers pay your invoices through Stripe or Square, when you connect one. That provider, not Jobcard, processes those payments under its own terms. We are not a party to your transactions with your customers and are not responsible for chargebacks, refunds or disputes between you and them. The Refund Policy does not cover those payments.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use Jobcard to:
- break any law, including consumer protection, privacy, anti-spam and telemarketing laws (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM);
- send spam or unsolicited marketing;
- send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or that promotes prohibited products (for example cannabis, or high-risk financial offers);
- infringe anyone's rights, or upload malware;
- probe, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security of the service;
- resell the service or access it to build a competing product.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your customers and consent
You are the controller of your customers' data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any notices your customers need.
Texting is coming. Texting is not active yet. See our SMS Terms.
We process your customer data as your processor, under the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. The Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms. If the two conflict on a privacy point, the Data Processing Agreement wins for that point.
7. Third-party integrations
You may connect QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Stripe or Square for your own invoices, and a Telegram bot that answers people on your allowlist. A person can also subscribe Apple Calendar or Outlook to a feed we publish. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. By connecting one, you authorize us to exchange data with it on your behalf. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to them.
8. AI features
AI features can generate drafts, summaries, estimates and suggestions. When the assistant is switched on for a deployment, the prompt and the shop text it needs are sent to OpenAI or OpenRouter. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. Review it before you rely on it or send it to anyone. We make no guarantee about AI output, and you are responsible for how you use it, including prices and quotes. Some AI features can change records, such as booking a job, but only if you turn them on. When you do, you are responsible for those actions as if you had taken them yourself. You can turn these features off at any time. We do not train a model of our own on your data. AI features do not give legal, tax, safety or code-compliance advice.
9. Intellectual property and your data
- Your data is yours. You own the data you and your customers put into Jobcard. You give us a limited license to use it only to provide, secure and support the service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Our service is ours. We own Jobcard, its software and its content. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription.
- Feedback: if you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
- We may use aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify you or your customers to run and improve the service.
- Confidentiality. Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform these terms, except where the law requires a disclosure or the information is already public. Your customers' personal data is also covered by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
10. Warranty disclaimer
Jobcard is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business;
- our total liability for all claims relating to Jobcard is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$249.
These limits apply to claims about AI output and AI actions. They do not apply where the law does not allow them.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and related losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees), arising from your data, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law.
13. Termination
- You may cancel at any time (see section 3).
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms (including acceptable use), if you fail to pay, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.
- Sections 4, 6 and 9–14 survive termination.
14. Changes and general terms
- We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using Jobcard after they take effect, you accept them.
- Neither of us is liable for a delay caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a failure of a host, a carrier or a payment network. The affected duties are paused only for that delay.
- These terms, the Privacy Policy, the SMS Terms and the Data Processing Agreement are the entire agreement between us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor of the business, and we will tell you if we do.
