Ask Jobcard

You set the limits.

You choose how much Ask Jobcard does on its own. These are the same four settings as in the shop.

  • Suggest onlyIt drafts. You decide before anything runs.
  • Confirm low-riskIt can look things up. It asks before it writes.
  • Act within policyIt runs what your shop rules allow.
  • Full autoOnly if you turn that on. It still follows your shop rules.
Problems we solve

Three things that go wrong in a busy shop. Handled.

The problem: Jobs marked done before anyone gets paid

Done means paid

A job can’t be marked Done while money is owed. Cash or a check collected counts.

The problem: One tech booked in two places at once

Double books caught

Move a visit into a conflict and the calendar offers the free slots instead.

The problem: Clicking through screens to make one quick change

What is Jobcard?
Software that runs a home-service shop. The office takes requests, schedules techs and sees who still owes money. Techs see their day and close out each job on their phone.
Is it for my kind of shop?
It’s built for shops with about 5–10 techs and one office: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, locksmiths, junk removal, pest control and similar trades.
Is $249 really the whole bill?
Yes. Every user is included, and there is nothing to top up.
Is there a limit on Ask Jobcard?
Only a fair-use one, against runaway or automated use. There is nothing to buy or top up, and no balance to watch. If it is ever reached, Ask Jobcard says so, every button keeps working, and it resets every day. Today it runs in the demo shop.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
A 14-day trial without a card. When the 14 days end, the monthly plan begins at $249 a month, unless you cancel before then. Cancelling keeps the shop readable and exportable.
Do techs need their own licence?
No. Every tech is on the one price.
Can I text my customers from Jobcard?
Texting is coming. Today Jobcard doesn’t send texts.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Not today.
Can I take card payments?
Cash and check today, marked right on the job. Card payments are coming. Jobcard never sees a card number.
Can I bring my customers from my old software?
An importer is coming. Today you start from a starter price book and add customers as the work comes in.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Cancelling never wipes your shop. Today the whole shop exports through Jobcard’s API; a download button is coming.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Monthly, cancel anytime, no auto-renew trap.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancelling never wipes your shop.
Can I run it by sending it a text?
Not by text message. Ask Jobcard is a chat inside the app: type what you want done and it waits for your OK. Try it in the demo shop.

Every screen is live. Nothing here is real money.
